Mr. Lindley is President and Owner of A.I.M.S. Having an extensive insurance background in the P&C marketplace since 1970, he is owner of three retail insurance agencies located in Massachusetts.

Mr. Lindley was reared in Vermont and as a youth he worked on a dairy farm. He is presently the owner of a bison ranch in New Hampshire.

In 1999 Clark started A.I.M.S. as he saw a necessity for quality farm insurance. In 2000, both the company and underwriting process were brought in-house while further developing a considerable agricultural network.

Tammy Hooker, LUTCF, Underwriting Manager

Originally hailing from Ohio and having a farming background, Ms. Hooker entered the insurance industry in 1987.

She is a licensed broker and has managed insurance offices in Ohio and Massachusetts. Having thoroughly trained in underwriting matters, Tammy offers the necessary knowledge and expertise to handle agri-business submissions.

Janet L. Pouliotte, Marketing Manager

Ms. Pouliotte has been a licensed broker since 1990. Formerly an environmental risk sales agent she has incorporated her proficiency in dealing with commercial accounts to that of working with retail brokerage houses.

Along with the management of marketing the farm programs, Jan handles agent commissions and related accounting issues.
